Refunds
Refunds for Notivo digital services are not provided, except in the cases listed below.
1. General rule
Payments for digital services are final. Refunds are allowed only in the exceptions stated here.
2. Allowed cases
- 2.1 Duplicate or mistaken charge.
- 2.2 Technical error that caused an incorrect charge.
- 2.3 Unauthorized transaction confirmed by the payment provider.
3. How to request
- 3.1 Submit a request via the contacts page or support.
- 3.2 Include account email, payment date and amount, and issue description.
- 3.3 We may request documents or bank confirmation.
4. Review and timing
Requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days. Actual crediting time depends on the bank or payment provider.
5. Non-refundable cases
- 5.1 Used or partially used subscription period.
- 5.2 Violations of the Terms of Use.
- 5.3 Payment provider fees may be non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks
Contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
