FAQ
Clear answers to the most common questions about tracking, alerts, and Smart Pricing.
General questions
Quick answers about monitoring, checks, and notifications.
What is Price Monitor? +
A service that tracks product prices by URL, stores change history, and notifies you when something changes.
How often are prices checked? +
Each track has its own check interval. The system runs checks according to that interval.
What if a price is not found? +
The track is marked as unavailable, we try again on the next scheduled check, and you can adjust parsing settings if needed.
Where will I receive notifications? +
In the signals feed and notification panel, and (on Pro) via email, Telegram, and Web Push.
Do you have an API for stores? +
Yes. You can pull the latest market price and smart pricing via our API. See the full documentation here: API documentation.
Smart pricing
How Smart Pricing works
Smart Pricing helps you stay below the market without crossing your margin.
When to use it
Enable it when you want consistent, data-driven recommendations or automatic updates based on market movement.
Plan requirement
Smart Pricing is available only on the Pro plan.
What is Smart Pricing? +
It calculates an optimal price based on market history and your target percent.
How is the market price calculated? +
We take the average of the last 5 successful checks for this product (if there are fewer, we use the latest price).
What does “Target vs market (%)” mean? +
It is the percent applied to the market price. Example: -3% sets the price 3% lower than the market.
What is the margin price? +
Your minimum acceptable price. If the market price or recommendation goes below this value, Smart Pricing pauses and you receive a notification.
Recommend vs Auto-adjust — what’s the difference? +
Recommend sends a suggestion to all channels but does not change your price. Auto-adjust updates your price automatically and notifies you.
When does it run and where can I enable it? +
It runs each time a track is checked (by the chosen interval). You can enable it when adding a track, editing it, or during import; for bulk add you can set margin later in track settings.
